Here are a few of the places we have visited during 2012/13

The
Lord and Lady of the Manor!
Here on a visit to Avebury Manor we see Carolyn and Kevin dressed as the Lord and Lady at the dining table which is well stocked with food.
This included wild fowl and the centre piece in the picture, "The Boars Head" complete with apple in mouth.

During the year we arrange trips out to places of intrest. Here is Verity during a trip to Butterfly World carefully studying a large butterfly which was hovering in front of her for quite some time.

At the butterfly house we see Ishmael our entemologist who is studying the food which has been put down for the butterflies.

Here after enjoying a drink at a canal side pub member are enjoying a stroll alongside the tow path at Bradford on Avon. Despite a very damp start to the day everyone was able to enjoy their packed lunch by the riverside.

On one of the very warm days of 2012 we went to see Malmesbury Abbey and enjoyed refreshments at the Abbey's new Tea Shop.We then visited Malmesbury Abbey Gardens.

We all strolled around the gardens which were relaxing and very colorfull with lots of different sections all joined together but discreetly separated and blended. Everyone enjoyed their packed lunch in the Abbey Gardens and then purchased ice creams during the afternoon from the Cafe.

Trips to the seaside are a favourite. Here are customers on the beach during a day in Swanage.

Here we are enjoying a wonderful day in Stratford on Avon. On arrival everyone enjoyed refreshments at a riverside restaurant then an hour boat trip on the River Avon. Lunch was arranged in a local pub followed by a visit to Shakespear's birthplace. It was a very busy but fabulous day.

We have also enjoyed a trip to Cadbury World and we had a great time learning about the history of Mr. Cadbury and how important the "glass and a half of milk" is to making the chocolate creamy. Of course everyone loved the free chocolate bars given during the tour. The pictures show our group outside Cadbury World and waiting to start the tour.
